Design and build of an outside kitchen on his roof terrace. Two weeks.

Refurbishment of an existing but unused under-build. Removal of a suspended ceiling and wallboards. Creation of two bedrooms both with en-suite walk in shower rooms and a lounge with a new kitchen. Work included four new doors and frames, a Macerator in one of the shower rooms and 30 m2 of tiling. Duration, six weeks.

Painting all of the outside of a Blue Top in white and yellow to match existing including all external walls. Installing rainwater guttering to allow water to drain away safely.  Duration, ten days.

Restoring rented premises in Quesada which was a laundry to its original rentable state. Helping to re-locate the laundry to Benimar including pipework, shelving etc.

Building a large made to measure car port from heavy timbers. Rejuvenating a sad old BBQ area and creating new plant boxes from wood left over from the car port. Duration, seven days.

Complete renovation of a water damaged under-build. Including, taking all internal walls back to the original brick walls. Skimming these walls with waterproof coating. Gotalaying all new walls and painting same.

Removal of two wardrobes and two large storage cupboards. Complete reconstruction of these using 40 x 40 framing, cladding with white boards and creating shelves and hanging areas with shelf units. Complete with new modern sliding doors.

Totally retiling a bathroom and shower room, complete with new WC’s, sinks with base units and mirrors, walk in shower tray 25 mm thick, new remote shower, shower screen and lit area for shampoo etc.

Installing four new doors and a new IKEA kitchen with ten base units and four wall units with washing machine, sink, hob and oven, extractor all associated plumbing and electrical work.

Outside, tiling 28 steps, eighteen to roof terrace, five at the front and five at the rear and tiling 50m2 of terrace in matching tiles.

Removing one hundred and twenty balustrades with concrete bottoms and curved tops. Replacing same with stainless steel posts and glass balustrades. Duration, fifteen weeks.

Demolition of an existing wall and stand alone BBQ. Saving BBQ to build into new outside kitchen. 

Constructing a five metre long outside kitchen, including incorporating the existing BBQ and adding a flat plancha and a pizza oven. Also including three white aluminium double cupboard doors. Please see Before and after pictures.
